  It has been a long time since Used-clothes Recycle & Donate Day in Hangzhou began in April. During the time, the Red Cross in Hangzhou has collected a large quantity of used clothes. Hangzhou set the first weekday of the week as Used-clothes Recycle & Donate Day so many citizens who have used clothes at home volunteer to donate it. Circulation and utilizing could be good choices but how to get the resource of used clothes reused reasonably still need to solve many problems.

  Whether used clothes is reused reasonably or not can be seen from the following 3 points.

  First, it’s about how to handle used clothes after receiving. It was reported recently that Used-clothes Recycle & Donate Day was set in Hangzhou and the citizens only need to go to send their used clothes to the community, which avoids the disturbance of donating channels and fees to some extent. However, fees are still needed for tidying, sterilizing, giving out used clothes and for other steps. So does the transportation. According to information, Department of Civil Affairs in Hangzhou is calling foe bits aiming at looking for suitable organizations to tidy and sterilize used clothes. Some people think getting used clothes not wasted and going on the green recycling road have no time to delay. Some regions in Hunan have already use this kind of circulation. There is no real trash in the world and there are only resources placed in the wrong place. Experts thinks that because of the lack of relevant standards and because there’s no relevant rules and regulations, lots of potential profit areas appear in the real life. Some people use illegal or informal channels to process used clothes and then put it into the market, which results in hidden troubles. Thus, the use of used-clothes resource needs relevant rules and regulations set by the legislative branch in order to get used clothes used reasonably.
